Shutdown Services

JTC International provide a comprehensive shutdown services. We have the capacity to mobilize up to 400 personnel at any one time to perform shutdown work at oil/gas, mining and industrial locations throughout the world. Our crews are highly qualified and are a multi-skilled personnel in the following areas: Electrical, Electrical / Instrumentation, Instrumentation, Mechanical, Boilermakers, Welders, Scaffolders, Riggers, Crane Drivers, Planners, Labourers & T/A's, Communications, OH&S, Engineers and Supervisors.

Recruitment and Selection

JTC International maintains a computerized database search facility which is updated daily and we are able to identify registered candidates possessing the necessary credentials to be presented to the client. Advertising is also carried out through National and International newspapers and journals, when necessary to gain access to a broader range of candidates. Our methods of recruitment are:

  • A detailed brief from the clients
  • Suitable candidate search is conducted using our computerized database search facility and our external searching procedures.
  • Initial responses are screened and assessed.
  • Suitable candidates are identified
  • Extensive research of a candidates previous work history
  • We have facilities available to skills test all disciplines to ensure out candidates are of the highest standard. This includes English Language, Theoretical and Practical testing and evaluation.
  • Reference checks are made
  • The short list is reviewed with the client.
  • The final short list is presented to the client.
  • The client completes the final interviews.
  • An appointment letter is sent to the successful candidate/s and notification is sent to those who are unsuccessful.
  • Follow up procedures are instituted to check on the capability and performance of successful candidates.

Overseas Recruitment

In order to send successful selected candidates overseas JTC has systems in place to ensure the following is strictly adhered to:

PRINCIPAL  REGISTRATION TO POEA

  1. Special Power of Attorney
  2. Recruitment Agreement
  3. Commercial Business License
  4. Employment Contract
  5. Manpower Request 

Principal must verified the documents to the Philippine Overseas Labor Office (POLO) After verified the documents the principal must send it back to the Agency to accredit or registered to the Philippines Overseas Employment Administration (POEA) after registered the principal we will start hiring Or process the documents to the POEA.

Step 1. Applicants Medical

  1. Applicants must be medical to accredited medical clinic by the POEA
  2. After 2 days medical clinic will forward the result if the applicants it is fit to work.
  3. If applicants put to work they will sign the employment contract.
  4. After applicants sign the contract we will process to the POEA
  5. Applicants will schedule for the Pre Departure Orientation Seminar (PDOS)

 

 

Step 2. POEA Processing

Counter 1 - Receiving documents
Counter 2 - Evaluations of documents
Counter 3 - Assessments of the documents
Counter 4 - Payments
Counter 5 - Printing of e- receipt
Counter 6 - Releasing of e- receipt

Step 3. Ticketing

  1. Applicants will go to the airlines for the booking of their flights
  2. Applicants will bring the e-receipt to the airlines and change for the tickets for the exemption of the travel tax.

Step 4. Departure

  1. Applicants must be 3 hours before the boarding to the departure
  2. Applicants must bring the travel documents
    1. Passport
    2. Visa
    3. Pre Departure Orientation Seminar (PDOS)
    4. Employment Contract
    5. Tickets
